What began with whole cooked hogs being sold from beneath a barn shed in 1972 has evolved into a barbeque restaurant that is enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Big D’s BBQ Barn still slow cooks whole hogs for fourteen hours to add to the buffet with all the fixings. For the guests with the smaller appetites there are sandwiches and daily specials to choose from.
