The Grand Strand is home to three Bonefish Grill locations. They are known for their nation wide policy of only using the freshest ingredients available. Bonefish Grill works only with responsible purveyors. They take pride in working closely with Ocean Trust to maintain adequate fishing areas for future generations. The grilled portion of the menu is done over an oak-wood flame. While perhaps known best for their grilled menu items, Bonefish also offers sautéed, fried and baked entrees. They have an extensive appetizers list wonderful fresh soups and salads available as well. The menu selections will vary from store to store as the chefmanagers are given control over what is cooked in their kitchen. The fresh food policy is not only for in the kitchen. They have a policy to stock their bars with regional beers, small batch bourbons and only use fresh herbs and fresh hand squeezed juices in their cocktails.
