Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean isn’t sufficient? Then you will want to check out South Carolina’s largest water park located in Myrtle Beach. Myrtle Waves is located on the Bypass at 10th Avenue close to Broadway at the Beach and NASCAR Speedpark. There are over 30 waterslides and attractions using 1.2 million gallons of water. You will not go hungry during your stay there are several dining options including snacks such as funnel cakes, pizza and ice cream. Stop by Tropical Trading Post and grab souvenirs. Lifeguards are on duty at all times, there are showering and changing facilities, lockers for rent and handicap accessible restrooms. Free pool side lounge chairs and shaded pavilions for group outings and cookouts.

Rides can be found along twenty acres of swerves, curves, chutes and waves. There are eight water slides for slipping fun. LayZee River and Racing River are the two popular raft rides found at Myrtle waves. Family water attractions are Ocean in Motion Wave Pool, Bubble Bay and Saturation Station.

Planning on staying the entire day and want to have a shady spot to relax in, rent one of the cabanas available at Myrtle Waves water park. The daily rental of private cabanas comes with lounge chairs and table, free large locker to store you belongings, two free tube rentals, discounts off of food and beverages. Want to feel special treat yourself to free delivery of your food.

Season passes and daily tickets are available. Pricing varies depending on the guests’ height. All guests under two years of age are free, as is parking. Group tickets are also available at deep discounts. Myrtle Waves operates on weekends only beginning in mid-May and opens daily after Memorial Day until the end of August. From the beginning September until mid-September the park is only open on weekends again.
